Inspire is a new way of raising young people's aspirations and achievement through a flexible and innovative programme of personal development, incorporating both technological and adviser-led tools and activities.

A partnership between CASCAiD Ltd and the Inspiring Futures Foundation - two of UK's leading providers of careers guidance support solutions - Inspire has been developed to raise the aspirations and ambitions of every student, whilst ensuring schools and colleges fully meet their new statutory duties for careers guidance.

The Inspire programme works by building upon a school's existing resources to:

• Raise the aspirations of all students, opening their eyes to what they could achieve and developing firm plans to get there.
• Improve individual achievement and attainment and so raise overall school success rates.
• Give students access to the very best impartial careers guidance and expertise.
• Enhance students' core employability skills.
• Develop staff competence in personal development and careers guidance and encourage parent engagement in raising aspirations.
