Inspiring Futures provides professional careers guidance and support to young people and their parents directly　and through schools across the UK and internationally, with the support of our key partners.

Careers guidance and skills development are critical for young people, especially in their later school years when they are trying to decide on their career path. Developing their understanding of the world beyond education makes schoolwork more relevant and increases motivation, achievement and confidence.

Inspiring Futures offers:

• Careers guidance and support
  
  Comprehensive personal and online careers guidance and planning service for young people from 15-23, through our service, Futurewise. Futurewise provides psychometric profiling, a one-to-one interview, and access to our Futurewise website.
• Skills development
  
  Innovative and challenging careers courses and events that allow students to explore career or subject areas first hand in a real-world context, providing them with an invaluable opportunity to develop their employability skills.
• Futurewise Fairs
  
  Nationwide careers fairs that provide an excellent opportunity for students to discuss and explore their careers and gap year options.
